PHENOTYPOS 194th EAAE Seminar at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh), Greece

Last week, our team attended the 194th EAAE Seminar at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh), Greece — “Matching Agri-Food Systems and Ecosystems via AI: Aligning Digital Innovation with Sustainability and Policy Goals.”

During the conference, we presented the PHENOTYPOS project and our approach to developing a high-throughput, whole-plant phenotyping platform for monitoring plant growth, physiology and responses to environmental conditions.

By combining automated sensing, physiological measurements, imaging and data-driven analysis, PHENOTYPOS aims to support the development of more productive, sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural systems.

The meeting was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss emerging technologies and explore potential future collaborations in digital agriculture.

A big thank you to the organisers for the opportunity to present our work and for the insightful discussions.
