Open position for Research Exploitation Consultant

Αtlantis Environment & Innovation Ltd has been established in Nicosia in 2000 and is active in the field of Environmental Management. It offers a wide range of services including Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Monitoring, Modelling and Assessment, environmental policy and sustainability strategy development. With a firm belief that innovation is a key driver of sustainability, the company also participates in research projects focusing on eco-innovation and undertaking the roles of Exploitation Management and Environmental Impact Assessment.

Job Description

The exploitation consultant will participate in the development and implementation of exploitation strategies and business plans for innovative products and services developed within the scope of research projects funded under Horizon Europe, Interreg and the Cyprus ReStart programs. The job position is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The consultant will contribute to the following:

  • Identify key exploitable results (KERs) and assess market potential
  • Collaborate with innovators to develop Business Models and commercialization pathways
  • Develop Exploitation Plans and Business Plans
  • Support IP management
  • Contribute to periodic reports and deliverables related to exploitation
  • Organize workshops, trainings, surveys and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Monitor KPIs and track progress toward exploitation goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in economics, business management or related field
  • Familiarity with market research and preparation of business plans
  • Fluency of English. Knowledge of Greek is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
