Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated Exploitation Manager to lead the development and implementation of exploitation strategies within the scope of research projects funded under Horizon Europe, Interreg and the Cyprus ReStart programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop value propositions for key exploitable results (KERs) and assess market potential
- Facilitate the development of Business Models, Business Plans and commercialization pathways
- Identify key exploitable results (KERs) and assess market potential
- Develop and implement Exploitation Plans
- Collaborate with innovators to develop Business Models, Business Plans and commercialization pathways
- Support IP management
- Contribute to periodic reports and deliverables related to exploitation
- Organize workshops, trainings, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Monitor KPIs and track progress toward exploitation goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, science, engineering or related fields
- Proven experience in EU research projects
- Strong understanding of exploitation and innovation management strategy and familiarity with Market research
- Fluency of English. Knowledge of Greek is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
