Job description
- General secretarial support
- Reception of visitors
- Telephone center
- Electronic and hard copy filing /Archiving
- Support to the company scientific staff. Support is needed for letter preparation, binding of hard copies of studies, keeping minutes at meetings, preparation of printed and electronic marketing material, communication with clients etc
- Support to the manager: general secretarial support and control of his schedule and appointments
- Participate in the implementation of the ISO 9000 system of the company
- Support to the financial controller
- Bookkeeping for Atlantis and connected companies
- Maintaining financial records and files
- Data entry on SAP
Qualifications
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and EXEL as a minimum)
- Good use of the English and Greek languages
- Can handle multitasking and works well under pressure
- Bookkeeping (SAP experience is desired but not necessary)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Offering
- Gross salary of 800-1100 depending on experience and qualifications
- Other benefits: 13th salary, medical insurance
- Any training required will be scheduled and paid for by the company
- Working hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00-2:00 on Fridays
