Atlantis is proud to announce the participation of its Managing Director, Charalambos Panayiotou, to the Conference and discussion forum
«FINISHING CONSTRUCTION OF ΤΗΕ PRAGUE RING ROAD: CONSTRUCTION of Section N. 511, BĚCHOVICE – MOTORWAY D1»
Mr. Panayiotou was invited as EU level EIA expert and was a keynote speaker for Panel 1: EIA procedures and responsibilities derived from EU environmental legislation and policies. The ring road is included in the EU TEN-T and its construction is programmed to begin as soon as the Town Planning Permit is awarded. The project EIA was submitted last April and is currently under review.
Participants to the Forum included the Minister of Public Works, the Minister of Environment, the Mayors of Prague and neighboring municipalities.
A stakeholder consultation followed the Forum.
